Due to the low octane number of stable gasoline in the 1.4 million tons/year catalytic cracking unit of beihai refinery, the company has difficulties in overall blending. In order to rapidly improve the octane number of FCC stabilized gasoline in a short term, we decided to start the trial of our company's xa -1 octane number promoter on August 28, 2015.

The dosing scheme (the dosing process is divided into two stages: rapid dosing and balanced dosing, with xa -1 finally accounting for 2.9% of the system storage) :

l After use, the stable octane number of gasoline was increased by 1.5 units, and the yield of LPG was rapidly increased, and the yield of propylene and isobutylene were correspondingly increased.

l According to the balanced statistical results of calibration before and after joining (the daily processing capacity is 4750 tons), the daily added benefit is 98,300 yuan, and the monthly direct economic benefit reaches 2.949 million yuan.
