Development history


In 1972

The company was formerly the petrochemical research institute of changling refining branch of China petrochemical corporation, and is one of the three national FCC research and development centers for catalysts and additives.

Changlian research institute assists Beijing academy of stone sciences in the technical development of FCC oil refining catalysts, and provides technical guidance for the industrial production of refinery catalysts in changling catalyst plant.

In 1999

Changlian research institute set up three production departments, the first set of early production equipment.

We have started the small-scale production and sales of CGH series activator, caf-19 type catalytic cracking slurry scale inhibitor, CMP type catalytic cracking metal passivation agent, CT type series dechlorination agent, adhesive inhibitor and other products.

In 2000

800 tons/year fixed bed mercaptan catalyst production plant was built and put into operation;

TSH - 1 fixed bed mercaptan catalyst, DSH series mercaptan catalyst production.

In 2004

Changlian research institute engaged in catalytic cracking catalyst research technical force restructuring into yueyang sansheng chemical co., LTD.

In April of the same year, the research and development of losa-1 light olefin assistant catalyst for increasing yield (propylene assistant for increasing yield) was successful, and the industrial application was successfully completed in no. 1 catalytic unit of changling branch of sinopec, and it was officially put on the market.The research and development of LOSA type propylene additive for increasing production successfully broke the long-term market monopoly of similar foreign products in China. Yueyang sciensun chemical co., ltd. became the first FCC device producing propylene additive for increasing production in China.

LOSA type to increase propylene additives in sinopec changling branch, golmud, petrochemical, jinan branch, luoyang petrochemical, jiujiang petrochemical, Qingdao branch, hainan refining, the north sea branch, yangzi petrochemical, yangzhou petrochemical, zhenhai refining, qingjiang petrochemical, jinshan petrochemical, gaoqiao petrochemical, jinling petrochemical, hangzhou, yangzhou, taizhou, fujian petrochemical, wuhan petrochemical, jingmen branch joint petrochemical refining enterprises successful application, etc. Yueyang sciensun has grown into a long-term stable supplier of sinopec systems.

In 2005

Set up a wholly-owned subsidiary - yueyang yitian chemical co., LTD.

The 7,000 tons/year solid auxiliary production unit of changlian production site was put into operation, and its capacity was further expanded.

In 2006

LOSA type propylene stimulant has been used in the catalytic unit of dalian petrochemical company, and has gradually established business relationship with CNPC.

The products have been successfully used in dalian petrochemical company, dushanzi petrochemical company, karamay petrochemical company, qianguo petrochemical company, daqing petrochemical company, jinxi petrochemical company, changqing petrochemical company, yunnan petrochemical company and guangxi petrochemical company, and the company has become a first-class supplier of petrochina system.

In 2010

The molecular sieve preparation technology obtained a technical breakthrough, the LOSA type increased propylene additives product upgrade completed, began the series production.

In 2013

Tds-1 sulfur transfer agent was successfully developed and put on the market.

It is committed to reducing the content of sulfur oxide in the flue gas of regenerator of catalytic cracking unit, protecting the environment and creating a green home together.

Xa -1 catalytic cracking octane promoter was successfully developed and put on the market.

To further improve FCC gasoline octane number, improve the quality of gasoline.

Haa-1 was successfully developed and put on the market as a catalytic cracking agent for improving light yield.

It is committed to solving the problems of low quality, heavy quality and insufficient conversion depth of refinery raw oil, and improving the yield of gasoline and LPG products with high added value.

In 2018

The molecular sieve project was launched to complete the construction of the new production base.

Committed to grow into a high-end molecular sieve, oil refining and chemical catalysts and additives production and sales as one of the high-tech enterprises.
